Big Integration with Bigcommerce



Well, it has finally happened! SimplyCast has integrated with Bigcommerce to help our customers bring their products to their loyal customers. This is the first in many new integrations that are coming to SimplyCast to help better serve our customers moving forward. This is a big step forward for us, and we think that you should also be pretty excited about it. With Bigcommerce giving their customers a way to create their website, complete with a domain name, shopping cart, payment gateway, and product catalog all optimized for mobile makes it an excellent tool for those who are just starting their online business as well as those who already have an online presence. What is most exciting is with our new integration, you can use your client lists that have been gathered through your website and store and bring them directly into the SimplyCast CRM.

So what does this mean for you? Well, it means that your business can not run targeted marketing campaigns with automated triggers with all of the lists you accumulate through your storefront. It gives you more options to target specific audiences with specific marketing campaigns, giving them a more personalized experience. With each customer's purchase history, browsing data, and personal information, you can create more engaging and meaningful for specific target groups. Before our new integration, the path to keeping customer profiles was more intensive, and people could fall through the cracks meaning a loss of valuable information for directed marketing. Now, each time an update to a customer occurs, whether it be a new sale has been made, they clicked through a specific item or visited a particular page, your contact can be easily updated, making sure your customer information is always giving you value instead of taking it away.

With all the in-depth data you have gathered, trying some directed coupons through email could be an excellent way to connect and drive your customers back to your storefront. For this example, I have a clothing store set up on Bigcommerce, and I primarily sell dresses and suits. Well, I want to get customers who have not bought something from my store in over a month and want to send out a 10% discount code for a dress and another email with a discount for 6% off a suit. For this, you would lead it to those who haven't purchased something for over a month and bought a suit or a dress, directing each coupon to groups matching these criteria. That way, you are not wasting resources sending a suit coupon to someone who may not be interested in buying a suit and a dress coupon to someone with no need for a dress.

Let's say you want to keep your customers informed of your monthly activities. So you decide to put together a monthly newsletter with new products and some generated content to keep them engaged in the company. Well, now that you've added customers to your CRM, you can set up a SimplyCast 360 campaign to send out your monthly newsletter. Doing with triggers within the application ahead of time, you can quickly see the vital data you have collected while updating your contacts with scores to show which customers are more like to be engaged by future marketing efforts.
